Registration will be accepted once payment has been received. Please return the registration form and proof of payment to the Congress Secretariat by fax or mail (online registration coming soon).
Deadline for lower fee is March 31 st 2005 .
Participants who wish to prolong their stay in Iceland can contact Meeting Iceland for all further information regarding accommodation and tours.

The congress fees include:
- Participation in all sessions of the congress including the refresher course

Confirmation
A confirmation letter will be sent to all registered participants in end of April/beginning of May 2005.
Invoice stating all details of registration, pre-payment and outstanding balance will be enclosed in the letter.
Payment
Please indicate the form of payment on the registration form.
Payment can be made either by bank transfer to Meeting Iceland's bank account or by credit card (Visa or Eurocard/MasterCard). Please note that credit cards will not be charged directly on the web but done later on when confirmation letters will be sent out.

Cancellation – refund
Notification of cancellation must be confirmed in writing.
Cancellation of registration received before June 1st 2005 will be refunded less an administrative fee of ISK 5.000. After that time no refund may be expected.
In case of cancellation of specific items (i.e. tours, accommodation, etc.) that have already been paid for, the amount will be refunded less a bank cost of ISK 1.000.
All refunds will be processed after the congress.
Currency
Fees are indicated and charged in ISK (Icelandic Krona). The exchange rate on October 26th 2004 was:
